 As part of our stringent vetting process, we diligently verify references and conduct thorough employment history checks to confirm the integrity and reliability of each candidate. By meticulously examining past work experience and validating references, we ensure that the educators we place have a proven track record of professionalism and dedication, providing peace of mind to both our clients and the students under their care. 

  In addition to verifying references and conducting employment history checks, we prioritise legal compliance by ensuring a comprehensive "right to work in the UK" check as well as thorough ID validation 

 These checks are instrumental in ensuring the utmost safety and well-being of children, as they provide insight into any past or current prohibitions or criminal records that may impact a candidate's suitability for working with young people. By systematically conducting these checks, we aim to provide peace of mind to our clients, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to safeguarding and maintaining the highest standards of child protection. 

 In addition to the other checks, we carefully verify qualifications, including the crucial Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) check, and conduct thorough assessments against the Teacher Agency and Prohibited Check (TAaP).

 As part of our rigorous vetting process, we require candidates to complete a Disqualification & Disqualification by Association declaration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safeguarding standards. This declaration affirms their eligibility to work with children, reinforcing our commitment to upholding the highest levels of safety and protection within educational settings.
